Consumers will have three years more smartphones with Windows Phone then buy IOS. This year, Microsoft delays overtake the smartphone market considerably.

Microsoft would be Windows Phone operating system in the coming years to surpass Apple and Android back end. The researchers expect that Microsoft obtains 16.7 percent market share, mainly due to the loss of the BlackBerry smartphones.
Apple market share over the next year is expected to decrease from 18 to 16.6 percent. Google’s Android in 2015, retains the lead with a market share of 58 percent. iSuppli does this with the predictions from Gartner and IDC research, the same increase in expected Windows Phone.
Catching up
This year, Microsoft will make major inroads with a market share increase of 1.9 percent to 9 percent. The researchers predict the growth based on the recently launched Nokia smartphone Lumia 900. Nokia officially launched the smartphone with Windows Phone 7.5 in early January at the CES show in Las Vegas.
